Todd Nightingale has served as our Chief Executive Officer and as a member of our Board of Directors since September 2022. Mr. Nightingale previously served as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Enterprise Networking and Cloud at Cisco Systems, Inc. since March 2020. Mr. Nightingale is known for his passionate technology leadership and his vision of powerful, simple solutions for businesses, schools, and governments. From June 2016 to March 2020, Mr. Nightingale served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Cisco's Meraki. His focus on delivering a simple, secure, digital workplace led to the expansion and growth of the Meraki portfolio, making it the largest cloud-managed networking platform in the world. Mr. Nightingale joined Cisco with the Meraki acquisition in 2012. He previously held engineering and senior management positions at AirDefense, where he was responsible for product development and guided the company through a successful acquisition by Motorola. Mr. Nightingale holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
