Kim Ogletree is the Senior Vice President of Client Services at Fastly, with over 20 years of experience in leading customer support and customer success operations. Previously, she was head of Customer Operations at Ring (acquired by Amazon) where she built the company’s support organization from the ground up and led it through massive growth. She has also held executive leadership roles responsible for sales and customer experience centers for both DirecTV and AT&T.
